I dreamed a dream (Cover Version of Susan Boyle)

I dreamed a dream ...

After Susan Boyle made it to Second placement of BGT in the year 2009, she had power me up my soul  desire to be the next Susan Boyle.  Susan Boyle had set my heart on fire to revive back some of my lost childhood's  dreams.  Right after a year of my late beloved dad passed away, I decided ventured out to England to be part of Britain Got Talent for the year 2013.  I was fortunate got a temporary place to take shelter.  Unfortunately I did not pass the first round as my voice was semi-freeze and stiff like a tight rope.  That was happened in Manchester, for my audition.

On the Christmas Eve, I met one homeless friend, who was surprised that I had enter BGT and he was instantly requested me to sing on the street just past midnight where the crowds are mostly walking back to their homes.  It was a few kms from London China town.  I was stoned by the requested.  After a lengthy debated, I finally give in and sung it on the street with the song We are the world.  That was a major break through how I had overcome my MAJOR nerves breakdown when I was on the international stage.  I was a Bintang RTM contestant before but I did not have that kind of NERVES BREAKDOWN.  My first time NERVERS broke-down was when I was on the stage at the age of 14 years old in the school hall.  I was in one of the LEO club functions.

I Dreamed a Dream: The Susan Boyle Story was a one-off television special, starring Scottish singer Susan Boyle, produced for ITV, that aired on 13 December 2009 in the United Kingdom,[1] reflecting the success that Susan Boyle has had since appearing on UK talent show Britain's Got Talent and since her debut album, I Dreamed a Dream, became the fastest selling debut album of all time. The show was presented by fellow Britain's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan. Boyle performing songs from her debut album, I Dreamed a Dream, including "Wild Horses", "I Dreamed a Dream" and "Cry Me a River".

The show celebrated Boyle's journey from a small village in rural Scotland to international fame and fanfare following her inspiring performance on "Britain’s Got Talent," the British reality competition series executive produced by Simon Cowell that rocketed Susan Boyle to superstardom.

“Susan Boyle is one of those rare personalities who has captivated millions of fans around the world with her undeniable vocal talent and incredible life story,” said Ryan O’Hara, President of TV Guide Network and TVGuide.com. “For the first time ever, fans will have an opportunity to see Susan Boyle shine on stage in her own spotlight, witness amazing musical performances in a concert setting, as well as gain insight into the challenges she overcame as she rose to an international phenomenon.”

A co-production between talkbackTHAMES, the UK production company owned by FremantleMedia, and Simon Cowell’s Syco TV, "I Dreamed a Dream: The Susan Boyle Story" will include exclusive interviews with Susan, friends and celebrity fans such as Simon Cowell, alongside spectacular performances with special guests and other surprises. Susan will premiere songs from her new CD including, "Cry Me a River" and the Rolling Stones classic "Wild Horses" as well as a very special performance of the song that launched her to global superstardom; "I Dreamed A Dream," with the London West End cast of Les Misérables.

Produced by Steve Mac, ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ features her signature songs, "I Dreamed A Dream" and "Cry Me A River." The album also includes a haunting rendition of Rolling Stones’ "Wild Horses," Madonna’s "You’ll See," The Monkees’ ‘Daydream Believer,’ and "Who I Was Born To Be," an original recording written specially for Susan. Susan enthused: "It was my greatest ambition to release an album and I have finally achieved it. There is happiness out t

hereThe song, as it appeared in the original Paris production from 1980, was entitled J'avais rêvé d'une autre vie ("I had dreamed of another life"), and was originally sung by Rose Laurens. The first English-language production of Les Misérables opened on the West End in London in October 1985, with the role of Fantine portrayed by Patti LuPone.[3] She would later feature the song on her 1993 album Patti LuPone Live![4]

When the musical made its Broadway début in New York City in March 1987, Fantine was played by Randy Graff.[1] Laurie Beechman would perform the role in the original U.S. touring production in 1988 and then on Broadway in 1990. That year she included the song on her album Listen to My Heart.[5] Debra Byrne sang the song on the Complete Symphonic Recording. Ruthie Henshall sang it on the Tenth Anniversary Concert Recording (1995). A Broadway revival in 2006 featured Daphne Rubin-Vega (2006–07), Lea Salonga (2007), Judy Kuhn (2007–08).

The show – and the song – has been translated into twenty-one languages, including Japanese, Hebrew, Icelandic, Norwegian, Czech, Polish, Spanish, and Estonian, and there have been 31 cast recordings featuring the song.[6] The London cast version is Triple Platinum in the UK, for sales of more than 900,000, and Platinum in the U.S., for sales of more than one million. The Broadway cast version is Quadruple Platinum in the U.S. (more than four million sold), where four other versions have also gone Gold.[7] for everyone who dares to dream."[2]

I dreamed a dream in time gone by
When hope was high and life worth living
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving

Then I was young and unafraid
And dreams were made and used and wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung, no wine untasted

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hopes apart
And they turn your dream to shame

Still I dream he'd come to me
That we would live the years together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms we cannot weather

I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I'm living
So different now from what it seems
Now life has killed the dream I dreamed

He lived with his fiancée Georgina Farrer in Leytonstone, until his sudden death from a presumed heart attack on 17 August 2014, aged 45. However, autopsy later confirmed the cause of death to have been due to a thrombosis. [2]

Thrombosis (Greek: θρόμβωσις) is the formation of a blood clot (thrombus; Greek: θρόμβος) inside a blood vessel, obstructing the flow of blood through the circulatory system. When a blood vessel is injured, the body uses platelets (thrombocytes) and fibrin to form a blood clot to prevent blood loss. Even when a blood vessel is not injured, blood clots may form in the body under certain conditions. A clot that breaks free and begins to travel around the body is known as an embolus.[1][2]

When a thrombus is significantly large enough to reduce the blood flow to a tissue, hypoxia (oxygen deprivation) can occur and metabolic products such as lactic acid can accumulate. A larger thrombus causing a much greater obstruction to the blood flow may result in anoxia, the complete deprivation of oxygen and infarction, tissue death. There are also a number of other conditions that can arise according to the location of the thrombus and the organs affected.

Thromboembolism is the combination of thrombosis and its main complication, embolism.v
